1. Service Overview
We provide sales consulting services, incorporating sales psychology into market entry strategies, growth plans, and daily operations. Clients determine the value of our services after completion. All proceeds support our social project for children in low-income households.

2. Payment
Clients may choose the payment amount based on the value received, with payments expected within 30 days of service completion.

3. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any proprietary data shared during our consultation.

4. Limitation of Liability
While we aim to deliver high-quality services, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our consulting services.

5. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, any ongoing services will be concluded, and payment for completed work will be due.

6. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.

7. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, which will apply to future services.
