About Elias Sabaghi
Growing up in a low-income household and spending time on the streets with people that were in a struggeling environments, I had to overcome significant challenges to earn two simultaneous Bachelor’s degrees—one in Germany and one in the U.S. I later specialized with a Master of Science in Sales Management, focusing on my thesis, "Sharpening the Spearhead - How to Enable Salespeople to Sell Complex Solutions." With extensive scientific experience as Lecturer in universities and years of industry experience, I recognized that many coaches use unproven methods and consulting firms charge excessive fees.
My mission is to help companies achieve remarkable results. I’ve consulted for companies like UPS, Rolls Royce, and McKinsey, offering expertise in sales process management, leadership development, and solution selling.
Drawing on my experience in the scientific landscape and work with major corporations, I understand how to target customer profiles, develop strategies, and execute detailed measures to reach KPIs and company goals. This enables me to enhance any sales organization, from startups to S&P 500 companies.
